My name is Parand Behbahani (firstname.lastname@example.org). I specialize in female fitness and offer "in-home" personal training as well as individualized sessions in my studio. I am experienced in aerobics, weight training, Pilates, stretch, and kick boxing. I incorporate elements of different exercise styles and create individual exercise programs that help my clients achieve their fitness goals. I work exclusively with women.
I have been a personal trainer for 25 years. I have certificates in physical education and personal training. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate my clients to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. I like to provide personalized training to fit my clients' needs. I am dedicated to working with women in the Bay Area who want to achieve fitness and vitality.
Most of my clients are working women who don't have time to spend on themselves and are looking to lead a physically fit and healthy life. Many have restarted exercise after years of caring for their children and/or significant others. My regular hours are 7:00am to 6:30pm weekdays, 8:00am to 4:00 pm Saturdays and closed Sundays, although I will work to accommodate my clients' busy schedules.
I tailor each client's personal training session to their needs to last just under an hour (55 minutes). I offer personal sessions at my home studio in Tiburon as well as personal zoom classes for $120 an hour. Additionally, I can arrange group classes in my home studio and zoom group classes for $75 an hour per person if you prefer these settings. I can also travel to many north and east bay cities. In-home training rates vary depending on distance I have to travel and time of day. I have provided in-home training to clients who live in the East Bay and North Bay as well as the City.
